As the name suggests, a website devoted to various errors in classic and modern films.
Rotten Tomatoes:

Collects reviews on films from critics and rates them as "fresh" or "rotten" on
the "Tomatometer." Also has plot synoposes and other links.

Literature Film Quarterly: Deals specifically with issues of adapting literature and theater to film.
